A TAILOR-MADE CARE EXPERIENCE
My approach to massage is the result of numerous training courses in France and abroad, combining Californian, Swedish, Hawaiian, Thai and Ayurvedic techniques. Each treatment is a harmonious fusion of gentleness and precision, where my hands adapt to the unique needs of your body.
Each session is designed as a sensory journey, enveloping the entire body in a fluid and controlled rhythm. Each movement respects the body's natural balance while meticulously targeting accumulated tension.
This treatment is particularly beneficial to reduce stress and anxiety, promote muscle recovery and alleviate the effects of jet lag.
Treat yourself to a moment of well-being where every movement is an invitation to relaxation and serenity.
MY TRAINING COURSES
Since 2016, my career has been guided by a deep passion for well-being and humanity. Trained at the Azenday Massage School in Paris and at Temana in Nice, I have explored different techniques to offer personalized treatments, adapted to each need:
• Californian massage : slow, flowing movements that promote deep relaxation and release stress-related tension.
• Swedish massage : deep muscle work, ideal for physical recovery and bodily relaxation.
• Hawaiian Massage (Lomi-Lomi) : an enveloping and rhythmic approach, which harmonizes inner energy and encourages reconnection with oneself.
• Thai foot massage : a treatment that combines shiatsu, Chinese massage, foot reflexology, and yoga. This foot massage actively stimulates the body's muscles, lymphatic circulation, and energy points. A true anti-stress treatment, it helps relieve digestive, circulatory, and nervous disorders, as well as certain joint pains.
• Kobido : a Japanese facial massage combining acupressure, lymphatic drainage, and muscle stimulation techniques. It promotes blood circulation, relaxes facial muscles, and restores radiance to the skin.
Wanting to enrich my practice, I continued my training in Thai massage to the Sunshine Massage School from Chiang Mai, Thailand, and discovered the benefits of Ayurvedic massage in Kerala, India, alongside Dr. Innocent Bose.
At the same time, I am osteopath DO., which allows me to have a more global vision of the body and its imbalances. Osteopathy is a formidable preventive and therapeutic tool, capable of soothing pain while restoring the body's natural balance. Depending on the needs, it can be sufficient in itself or enhance the effects of a massage for a complete and personalized approach.

EXPERTISE IN THE SERVICE OF EXCELLENCE

I can work on board yachts and cruise ships for treatments at sea, thanks to the required qualifications (certification STCW and medical certificate ENG1). These skills allow me to provide services in complete safety.
Trained in first aid (AFGSU level 1 – French Red Cross, Nice), I am able to react effectively in the event of an emergency situation, thus ensuring care in a setting that is both calm and secure.
I am lucky to collaborate with prestigious establishments like the Shangri-La and the Mandarin Oriental in Paris, theMartinez Hotel in Cannes, or even theCap-Eden-Roc Hotel in AntibesThese experiences have taught me to meet the expectations of a demanding clientele, to offer excellent service and to always seek to refine my approach.
A COMMITMENT THAT IS CLOSE TO MY HEART
Since 2008, I have been volunteering alongside APF France handicap, an association committed to the inclusion of people with disabilities. As aaccompanying adapted stays, I have had the chance to contribute to holidays in France and abroad, allowing thousands of people to live enriching, accessible and deeply human experiences. This commitment has taught me to listen, adapt and create connections, qualities which also nourish my way of being in my professional practice today.
