About

Louis Aliotta — ostéopathe et masseur

A tailor-made care experience

My approach to massage is the result of certification training, in France and abroad, combining Californian, Swedish, Hawaiian, Thai, and Ayurvedic techniques.

Each gesture respects the body’s natural balance while meticulously targeting accumulated tensions.

These treatments are particularly beneficial for promoting muscle recovery, relaxation and reducing the effects of jet lag.

A moment of well-being where each gesture is an invitation to relaxation and serenity.

My trainings

Osteopath, graduate of the Atman School in Sophia-Antipolis, I have a global approach to the body.

My journey is guided by a deep passion for well-being and listening to the Other. Trained at the Azenday School of Massage in Paris and at Temana in Nice, I explored different techniques to offer customized treatments, adapted to each need.

·

Californian massage: slow, flowing movements that promote deep relaxation and release stress-related tension.

·

Swedish massage: deep muscle work, ideal for physical recovery and bodily relaxation.

·

Hawaïan massage (Lomi-Lomi): an enveloping and rhythmic approach, which harmonizes inner energy and encourages reconnection with oneself.

·

Foot Thai massage: stimulation of muscles, lymphatic circulation and body energy points.

·

Kobido: Japanese facial massage combining finger pressure, lymphatic drainage and muscle stimulation.

Eager to enrich my practice, I continued my training in Thai massage at the Sunshine Massage School in Chiang Mai, Thailand and in Ayurvedic massage in Kerala, India.
