Types of massages available on board
Each session is adapted to the context of the moment — whether during a charter, a stopover, an event, or quiet time at the dock.
- Relaxing massage: gentle pressure, fluid gestures, rhythmic and enveloping. A treatment to soothe tensions and regain lightness and harmony. A smooth inner journey.
- Sports massage: this slow and deep massage relieves tension and improves tissue oxygenation through muscle techniques and targeted joint mobilizations. Ideal after exercise, it helps to eliminate toxins and soothe aches.
- Customized massage: a touch that is both soft and deep, built from your specific needs. The pressure and rhythm are gradually adjusted during the session according to the zones, in order to promote an overall relaxation and a gradual release of tensions.
